well, i don't know if i'm the best person to ask. i basically haven't slept for the last ten years. keeping a regualar sleep squedule helps, but is impossible with an infant in the house.|
try melatonin tablets from the healthfood store. kava kava is a natural nonaddictive valium. also taking a warm bath and drinking some sleepy time tea. massage therapy will help you destress. wacky weed also helps and promotes pleasant dreams. alchohol disrupts sleep patterns, but a couple of glasses of wine might do the trick. oh, and again, try limiting exposure to inlaws.
