... that particular John Barlow line come to mind!

9 lb., 1 oz. - EMMETT HARRISON GAIMAN was born at UCLA Medical Center @ 10:55PM Pacific Time, Mon., Feb. 25th ... George Harrison's birthday ... and whose version of "If Not For You" welcomed him to planet earth ... followed by "Always The Sun" from THE STRANGLERS 1986 "Dreamtime."  A complete track list of songs my wife Chris requested I burn for her birthing CD, will follow at a later time, but suffice to say - included "I've Got You Under My Skin" (FRANK SINATRA & BONO), "Still Water" (DANIEL LANOIS), "Where Will I Be" (EMMYLOU HARRIS), "It'a A Boy" (THE WHO) & "Baby Tree" (PAUL KANTNER/JEFFERSON STARSHIP).  I shot video of his first minutes with mom, while CAT STEVENS's "The Wind" & FACES's "Ooh La La" played on in oddly perfect synchronicity.  I shall - proudly ... self-indulgently - get these up on-site, soon.

Had EMMETT been born on any other day, he would have been "JEFFERSON," not "HARRISON."

His metric birth weight was 4,100 grams, today is his mother's 41st birthday (as it also was, had he been born on Eastern time), and the cart number he is sleeping on (like the 'little Buddha' he is ***thanks to Paul for teaching me about that***) is cart number 41.  He is a Pisces like his mother, Paul Kantner, & George Harrison ... and born in The Year of The Horse (in the Chinese zodiac), like his father.

His first day on earth is under a full moon, and his father could not love him more.
