Message Body

Here's the deal with this show, as far as I can figure (I live an hour away from the Paramount, and have basically heard no info* regarding this show in the press & media, so I thought I'd pass on what ifo I did manage to scare up):

Here's what the Paramount box office had to offer:

Tickets are available through the box office and the promoter exclusively. Tickets are $40 and $33

The theater holds approx 1,100 people. When I called last Tuesday, the box office had only three of the forty dollar tix left - this isn't to say that the promoter doesn't have them, though. I was able to pick up four ($33) tix, third row balcony. They came next day by priority mail, and were simply another dollar apiece for mailing fee.

Doors open at 7:00, showtime is 7:30. The theater suggests getting there early for decent parking.

There's a bar within walking distance, as I recall from the JS show in 1993, and there may be some places to eat as well, however that particular area of town is "old Middletown," and a few miles fron the Gallaria Mall and the fast food strip, for whatever that's worth....

*1.) One co-worker of mine says he "thinks" he heard a radio ad...

1.) Another co-worker claims he heard that JS were - hold onto your hats - "playing Madison Square Garden" with a top ticket price of "$144.99"
