As i was one of the many caught in one of the racial riots of the early 70's, the point is well taken about Jackson. For those who don't know, before he was pronounced as a minister of God, he was present in Detroit.......during the midst of the fires, in Louisville amidst the riots, in L.A. and was often seen with Bobby Seals, Stokley Carmichael, Huey Newton and other Black Panther members. Minister or not, he is as guilty as all others for the violence that ripped through this country thirty years ago. Relifion is the greatest shield and the buffer for easy forgiveness. Where is his church? Who pays his seven figure income? Where does the funding come from for his trips to countries as a mediator for the U.S. that we don't want to send?|
If he has so much money, you think he would consider reimbursing my $783,000 doctoe bill for the pipe incident and should it be pro-rated by today's scale and now cost about five million.
I find him abrasive, a busy-body, a social gnome and as much a racist as any KKK member.
So.....Cricket, say whatever it is that your heart dictates. i don't dwell on traumatic events, just always struck me as a twist of fate that the Vietnamese couldn't kill me so i came home so the militants could give it a shot.
If that fucker dies tomorrow, I would be more than pleased and I'm not the least bit prejudiced.
I've always thought that it was just bad timing and they could have been green and it would change nothing but, idiots like Jackson just keep the racial thing in motion.
This isn't up for discussion and I won't reply to any commentary.......you have to be there to know what it;s like, so..........
just easier to be kind to everyone,
