Although most of young America listened to the early songs of JA, Big Brother, Country Joe, Quicksilver, Moby Grape, etc., songs by The Everly Brothers, Dion and The Belmonts, Del Shannon, Smokey Robinson and The Miracles..........we arrived in Vietnam with advisors in 1959, right after the French lost their became the television war in 1962 and escalated as the war did the same.
