as someone hit head on in a chevette, i understand. i used to have a black pontiac fiero, not a real sports car, but cute and fun never the less. however, on the turnpike on the way to work where it turned to only two lanes and traffic backed up, people who only use their mirrors and don't turn around to look before changing lanes (quickly) would often think i was an opening and start to pull into me. i told my husband about a particularly close call and he took my little car away from me and made me drive the olds 98 with the am radio we inherited from his great aunt. now i drive a volvo. ten yrs old now, it has never given me trouble and is still going strong. |
