Sue, I sincerely hope that you're not truly suggesting that you are evaluating an instructor first and foremost by the color of the ink!  A whole lot more goes into it than that!  And I'm not saying that just because I have uses for red, among other colors!  My ego isn't that sensitive.  But surely, you have other criteria for determining who belongs in teaching?  Regards, CWH
