I have NOT stopped thinking about Training Day.
I also vote for Hallie.

I agree with your assesments , but haven't seen
the Crowe performance yet--TODAY.

Ray saw Lord--but I was working. But I would probably have to go for Ethan Hawk, for best suppporting actor.

To bad there was no spot for Billy Bob Thornton,
because his portrayal of his character in Monster's Ball was so sensitive. The success of the film really hinged on it being just so--and it WAS.  Devastating, but ultimately hopeful tale.
